98 young people from the "Can Teen" national camp hit the sand at Northcliffe on the 16th January. "CanTeen" is an initiative to help young people living with Cancer. As a part of their national tour, the teens hit the sand for a day to learn some surf safety and to just have some fun.The group were treated to an Aussie BBQ on the beach organised by Sam & Renee from "The Kiosk" who arranged meat to be donated by Monaco Meats, Bread from Tip Top and Ice creams from Peter's.
The day was a huge success, and everyone had a great time. Thank you to all the volunteers who assisted with serving the BBQ and to Sam and Renee for organising the food.
